Demo vs full game
The demo lets you decorate the Eco house, and since v0.1.0 also has the Eco Two Story option, music uploads and media sharing. One reviewer points out that the demo still has full multiplayer. The full game adds the other five houses (see all six), building from scratch, the full decor catalog, achievements and the Steam Workshop.
